We aim to deliver an elite fitness experience that adds value to all fitness levels and ages. We do this by keeping our program simple for all our members. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is deigned for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. CrossFIt uses the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease or elite athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the programs.
