Sports have been a big part of my life ever since I could remember. After being a collegiate athlete I thought that is where my athletic career would end and globe gym would begin. I remember seeing CrossFit for the first time on TV thinking that they were crazy and there was no way I could do that. Only about a year later, I found myself in the gym seeing what it is all about. I was immediately hooked. I loved everything about the entire environment from the training, the competitiveness to the community. (As some people like to put it, I drank the KoolAid).
After about a year of being a member I knew I wanted to share my passion of fitness with others. Having a background in teaching, I wanted to give coaching a shot. Through coaching, I have the ability to really help people reach their fitness and life goals. I love having that connection with our members and as a coach my goal is that every time someone comes in for a workout, they leave knowing they are stronger and healthier.
