P1 performs 21 Burpees, P2 performs 21 DB, P3 performs 21 CJ simultaneously. Then all partners accumulate 12/9 Cals or 200M Run. Then P1 performs 18 DB, P2 performs 18 CJ, P3 performs 18 Burpees, etc.
