– The Single DB can be held in any position (Carry/Front Rack/Overhead) during the 400ft Walking Lunges.
– The Walking Lunges and Sandbag Carries for distance can be broken up in any way between the two partners.
– The 12 Rounds is Relay Style. P1 completes a full round, then P2 completes a full round. Back and forth for 6 Rounds each.
– The 3 Rounds is break up the reps in any way.
