Day 2: Meet Coach, Talk Goals, Get Plan

Day 3-13: It’s Time to Work

It’s time to sweat! A coach will be there to guide you along your customized plan. During this time you will complete your 3 30min 1:1 sessions for movement along with attending group classes to keep you safe and maximize your training.

Day 14: Lets Talk Nutrition

You’re now feeling good on the outside and now it’s time to start to feel good on the inside. Nutrition is something that most gyms never deep dive with you, but we do because we know that it’s even more important that working out. That’s why you get a 1:1 nutrition session to jump start the conversation and make sure you are on the right track. We work to focus on habits rather than goals because we understand that your goals are simply the by products of your habits.


Day 15-29: Sweat & Eat Well

Keep working though the plan you originally made and work through any roadblocks/bumps that have come up along the way. As a members you coach schedule a as many “athlete check-ins” that you need to get you on the right track.


Day 30: A Healthier, Happier You

Congratulations, you’ve been with CrossFit Deliverance in Seattle for 30 days and it’s been a great 30 days. You’ve started to create habits that will carry you to any current or future goals you have.

Day 31-60: Ahhhmazing YOU
